User Permissions

Preact has 3 user types, standard, developer and admin.

Standard users can:

  • View all account and person detail in Preact
  • Create and share filters
  • Create and edit workflows
  • View dashboards
  • Compare account segments

Developers can view and edit select Preact settings. Including standard user permissions, developers can:

  • Administer all integrations
  • View API details, including project code/secret
  • View recently logged events and event errors

Admin users can configure all of the Preact application. In addition to standard and developer access, admins can:

  • Invite users
  • Identify key events
  • Identify background signals
  • Create event tags
  • View aggregate event and event tag usage
  • Edit events, for example, updating display names or hiding events
