Standard filter definitions

Preact provides a number of standard filters to limit the number of accounts returned on the account list page.

 

When a filter is applied to the account page, the number of accounts that meet the filter criteria will update on the right hand side. 

The health vs. activity quadrant chart, count of accounts in good health, poor health, high activity, low activity, etc, are also updated.

 

Account Manager

Out of the box filter that lists accounts by Account Manager. Typically the Customer Success Manager on the account. 

Account Owner

Select an Account Owner, typically the sales representative who sold the deal, to see accounts by Account Owner. 

Health

  • Good Health
    • Accounts with a health score greater than 50
  • Poor Health
    • Accounts with a health score less than 50
  • Trending Up
    • Accounts whose health score increased in the last month 
  • Trending Down
    • Accounts whose health score has decreased in the last month

Activity

  • High Activity
    • Accounts with an activity score greater than 66
  • Medium Activity
    • Accounts with an activity score between 33 and 66
  • Low Activity
    • Accounts with an activity score less than 33
  • Trending Up 
    • Accounts with an activity score of less than 50 whose activity score has increased in the last month
  • Trending Down
    • Accounts with an activity score of at least 50 whose activity score has decreased last month

License Status

Filter that shows accounts by license status. License status values are typically sent from your CRM. Example license status values include Free, Customer or Lapsed.

License Type

Filter showing accounts by license type such as, Standard, Professional or Enterprise. License type values are sent through a synch with your CRM.
