Preact Account Activity Score

Please note that this a summary and human readable explanation of the scientific calculations performed on your data. Each customer is different and may have variations.  

What scores does Preact calculate?

  1. Account Health Score

How do the Preact Health and Activity Scores differ? 

  • The Preact Health Scores answer the questions, "is this user/account using the product as they normally do?" 
  • The Preact Activity Scores answer the question, "is this user/accounts using the product as much as they could be?"

What is the Preact Account Activity Score?

An output of Preact's data science presented in the form of a score that quantifies how active an account is compared to other accounts.

How is the Account Activity Score displayed?

The score is shown on the account page. The color displayed behind the score depends on the score value. Dark blue is 66-100. Medium blue is 33-65. Light Blue is below 33.   

How is the Account Activity Score Calculated?

  1. A roll up of the Users Activity Scores in an account
    • Contributes roughly 50% to the score
    • Stats derived from in-app usage for an account are reflected through the users activity score (Learn more here)
    • Power users are weighted more and have greater effect on account activity score
  2. Seat-Utilization
    • Contributes roughly 50% to the the score
    • Seat-utilization is a comparison between the highly active seats in an account to the total number of seats ever logged in
    • For example, you have 10 people in an account using your product. Only 5 of them are active users and the other 5 never log in. This will effect the overall account activity score.

What does a score of TBD mean? 

TBD stands for "To Be Determined." This means We have not collected enough data on how a user or account is using your product to assign a Preact Score.
