What scores does Preact calculate?

How do the Preact Health and Activity Scores differ? 

  • The Preact Health Scores answer the questions, "is this user/account using the product as they normally do?"
  • The Preact Activity scores answer the question, "is this user/accounts using the product as much as they could be?"

What is the Preact User Activity Score?

An output of Preact's data science presented in the form of a score that quantifies how active a user is compared to your user base.
 
How is the Preact User Activity Score displayed?
 
To view Preact User Activity Score, click into a user within an account. The score is on a scale of 0-100 and the activity score background color is based on score value. .
User Activity Scores between 66 to 100 display in dark blue. Scores between 33 to 65 show as medium blue. Scores below 33 are highlighted in light blue.

What information does Preact consider when calculating the User Activity Score?

Preact looks at the recency of in-app usage and compares it to the rest of the user base to determine an activity score. The following stats are derived from in-app usage for each user...

  • Number of events
    • Equivalent to the number of clicks a user has taken within your app. Each click is an event. 
  • Number of sessions
    • A session is any amount of time a customer spends within your product without having a 90 minute gap between two actions/events.
  • Time spent in the product
    • Total amount of time a customer spends with in your product

How is User Activity Score applied to the Account Activity Score?

What does a score of TBD mean?

TBD stands for "To Be Determined." This means We have not collected enough data on how a user or account is using your product to assign a Preact Score.
